  • Responsibilities

    All jobs require GREAT KOA customer service and making our guests and campground inviting. We received both the President’s and the Founder’s awards for 2023 and pride ourselves in providing an amazing experience for our guests. Even though you will be hired to fill a specific area, we love to cross train all staff for every area of the campground so be prepared to expand your horizons! The Housekeeping position is responsible for cabin, bathroom, and laundry room cleaning, daily. The Front Desk job would include answering phones, checking in guests, making reservations, maintaining the store, and  activities during the summer season, etc., etc. There is always plenty to do!

  • Compensation/Benefits

    Full hook up site provided. This includes sewer, water, electric, cable and Wi-Fi at no charge. We can only accommodate up to a 38′ RV.
    20% discount on all store purchases including propane.
    Free laundry.
    2 consecutive days off together.
    Current starting rate is $16.00 per hour for all hours worked, and there is no hold-back for site.

Job Description

2024/2025 Winter season positions.

Spend your Winter on the beautiful Central California Coast. Mild temperatures, beautiful skies, hiking & biking trails, and plenty to do and see, while working at the Avila/Pismo Beach KOA. We are a busy, but fun park! We are located just a few minutes from Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Shell Beach, miles and miles of beautiful coastline; great shopping, great food, and we are just a day trip away from San Francisco, LA, and Big Sur.

We are looking for a full time (typically 28-35 hours/week), enthusiastic Couple/Team to add to our already amazing team of customer service driven, friendly workampers. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to provide a positive guest experience are a must.

Our park is small and limited workcamper sites are available. Therefore we are only able to accept couple/team applicants. Please, no singles.
