  • Responsibilities 

    We believe in cross training for an overall, well-rounded staff! Guest services is an important job as you are usually the first impression of our campground. Some responsibilities might be to provide superior guest service either over the phone or in person, by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful. Handle all guest issues with respect. Greet all guests with a positive attitude. Follow all KOA guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations, reservations, and refunds. Promote the KOA system and area attractions. Perform all other duties assigned by Campground Owner/Manager. We would love to have you as part of our team! Must be able to hear and respond over the phone. Understand that there may be periods of standing or bending.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    We are looking for someone willing to exchange 20 hours a week for their site. We offer pay for every hour worked past that. We have a full hook up site that would be available for the person interested in this job. Wi-Fi and cable also available. We would include laundry allowance as well only if doing laundry on site. Propane is at cost and we do offer an employee discount for store items. Other benefits may apply if interested in this position. We would love to have you as part of our KOA team!
