  • Responsibilities 

    Join the award-winning team at New Bern KOA Holiday! We are currently seeking a motivated couple for Front Desk and Grounds Maintenance positions for the 2026 season. The ideal Front Desk candidate will have strong computer skills and excellent organizational abilities, along with a friendly personality to warmly welcome guests and assist with in-person and phone interactions. Responsibilities also include stocking and maintaining the store, as well as keeping the store and laundry areas clean and organized. This role requires standing for extended periods and handling guest inquiries and reservations. For the Grounds/Maintenance position, responsibilities include mowing, weed trimming, escorting guests, propane dispensing (we will provide certification), seasonal pool maintenance, and light electrical and plumbing tasks. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis. Each position offers 32-36 hours per week, and both candidates must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Prior experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals.   • Compensation/Benefits 

    Compensation is based on experience and includes a full hookup 50/30 amp site, free propane, a laundry allowance, WiFi, cable, and a 30% store discount. This position will be available March – November 2026 with the possibility of longer term.
