The front desk team greets each customer, facilitates registration and provides area information as well as assisting with store cleanliness and stocking. The front desk is also responsible for taking phone reservations and returning calls.
Outside maintenance team members are responsible for cleaning the restroom/shower/laundry facility and maintaining cleanliness of the same throughout each day as well as cleaning cabins and campsites after check outs. OM will also be charged with general landscape duties and escorting.
All team member should be able to lift 50 lbs on the rare occasion that it becomes necessary.

Job Description
Come have fun with us in 2025 at the Spearfish Black Hills KOA. We are looking for enthusiastic work campers who are willing to work 28-35 hours per week . The front desk and outside maintenance team create the guests first impression of our campground. Strong customer courtesy and communication skills are a plus. The desire to keep the camp store and campground in tip top shape will WOW our guests.
Every effort is made to schedule work camping couples with the same days off and consistent days off are offered.
