  • Responsibilities 

    Grounds Team Member responsible for daily RV, cabin and tent site maintenance which includes raking sites, cleaning grills and trash removal. Propane fills (will certify). Hands on involvement in campground projects.  Front Desk Team Member responsible for checking in guests, making reservations, printing arrival and departure reports, answering and returning phone calls, stocking the store and pricing merchandise, professional communication with Grounds Team. Responsibilities also include assisting the Manager with online reservations and Office duties.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Compensation begins at $14.70 per hour with the opportunity to increase based on performance.  These are full time positions.

Job Description

Kingman KOA in Kingman, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic couple with campground experience. One individual for Maintenance / Grounds and the other for Front Desk / Office. This position provides the opportunity to train for an Assistant Manager position or positions based on performance. Wages are $14.70 per hour and a large, full hook up site with a storage shed and utilities are included.

Duties include working closely with the Managers in building excellent guest relations and working with 8 employees in maintaining the daily operations of the campground. The positions require coverage on the Manager’s days off (2 per week).  Experience in construction and KOA’s K2 reservation system is a plus.

Kingman KOA is a family-owned business located close to the west entrance of the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and Lake Havasu. The winters are mild and the summers are cooler than southern Arizona.
