  • Responsibilities 
    • Greet guests in person and by phone in a professional and friendly manner

    • Process guest check-ins and check-outs

    • Manage reservations using the K2’s booking system

    • Accept payments, issue receipts, and balance daily cash/credit transactions

    • Provide information about park amenities, rules, and local attractions

    • Handle guest questions, requests, and minor complaints courteously

    • Coordinate with maintenance and management regarding site issues

    • Maintain accurate guest records and occupancy logs

    • Keep the front desk and office area clean and organized

    • Enforce park policies respectfully and consistently

    • Maintain and clean the bathroom facilities and lodging on a daily basis

    Qualifications

    • Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus

    • Basic computer skills (reservations, email, payment systems)

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

    • Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

    • Occasional walking throughout the park

    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if needed

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Compensation/Benefits:

    Pay Rate: $16/hour

    Part time: 3 days a week, 9 hour shifts (27 hours per week).

    Full time: 4  days a week, 9 hour shifts (36 hours per week).

    Employee Discounted RV site (with full hookups and electrical included). Must have own RV, we do not provide housing. You can also live off site, if preferred!

Job Description

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing friendly, efficient customer service to guests while managing reservations, check-ins, and daily front office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and helps ensure a positive and welcoming experience. This role will also require you to be cross trained in housekeeping to help in the daily cleaning of our on-site bathrooms and lodging!

This is a small – rural town, located in Limon, CO.
