Greet guests in person and by phone in a professional and friendly manner

Process guest check-ins and check-outs

Manage reservations using the K2’s booking system

Accept payments, issue receipts, and balance daily cash/credit transactions

Provide information about park amenities, rules, and local attractions

Handle guest questions, requests, and minor complaints courteously

Coordinate with maintenance and management regarding site issues

Maintain accurate guest records and occupancy logs

Keep the front desk and office area clean and organized

Enforce park policies respectfully and consistently
- Maintain and clean the bathroom facilities and lodging on a daily basis
Qualifications

Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus

Basic computer skills (reservations, email, payment systems)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Occasional walking throughout the park

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if needed
