FOOD SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in our café, preparing quick and delicious food and drink items
Read food order tickets and prepare food items correctly.
Multitask efficiently to manage multiple food orders simultaneously.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Manage inventory to ensure the availability of menu items.
Coordinate and prepare entire food orders to ensure they are ready for prompt delivery.

CAMPGROUND REGISTRATION DESK ATTENDANT RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Campground Registration Desk Attendant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive at the campground. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Manage campground reservations proficiently and accurately in K2 reservation software
Collect and record necessary guest information and payments.
Maintain up-to-date site availability.
Greet arriving guests warmly and provide them with information about the campground facilities and services.
Process registrations and check-outs promptly and accurately.
Address guest inquiries and provide assistance with campground amenities, local attractions, and events.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain organized and up-to-date paperwork and records.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general office duties.
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
Utilize effective communication skills to convey important information to guests.
Provide clear instructions and guidance for campground rules and policies.

We offer a competitive compensation package for dedicated individuals joining our team at Belvidere East KOA:

HOURLY RATE: $13.00 for all hours worked.
Payroll Payments are distributed on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Work Schedule:
Weekly Hours: Our standard work week ranges from 30 to 35 hours.
Work Days: We implement a schedule of 4 work days followed by 2 consecutive days off. This allows for variation in days off during the month.
Your partner will share the same days off, providing an opportunity to restock supplies and explore the attractions of South Dakota
together.

Accommodation: Enjoy a full hook-up pull thru site with internet during your employment.
Store Discounts: Benefit from a 20% discount on propane, and all items in the store and cafe (except beer & wine).
Uniform and Name Tag: Receive free uniform shirts and a name tag.
Attractions Card: We provide a Badland/Black Hills attractions card that will grant free or discounted entrance fees.
Transportation: Each work camper couple will be provided with a golf cart for usage during employment.

Arrival and Orientation:
We ask our Work campers to arrive up to two weeks before the official start date, with the site provided free of charge.
The first week is to be used as an acclimation time South Dakota. Use this time to acclimate to the Mountain time zone, explore the area, stock up on supplies, and unwind at the campground. The second week we slow begin introductions to the campground and the jobs.

Leisure Time:
Local Attractions: Explore nearby tourist attractions within half a mile.
Outdoor Activities: Engage in activities like kayaking, hiking in the Badlands, and fishing in local lakes.
Wildlife and Scenery: Experience the presence of local wildlife and enjoy a serene night sky free from light pollution.
