Within this job you are responsible to show up on time prepare the meals promptly deliver them promptly and follow through with extra duties assisting on groundwork restrooms and office when needed and not busy in the food truck. You’re expected to maintain cleanliness in the food truck to maintain a list of supplies when needed and leaving the food truck in mint condition each evening and prepared for the next days shift. Consistency is a must for this position.

Job Description
Our “It’s All Good Food Truck” remains on our grounds and we cook for our customers only. We cook our foods fresh and deliver the orders to our customers site. The food service hours will be 4:00 p.m. to 7 – 8:00 p.m. each night some nights are busy some nights are slow but this is a service that we provide 7 days a week.
This job can be divided up into two people so you have two days off each week. This position requires the use of pizza ovens and deep fryers. Within this job when you are not busy preparing meals you will be cross-trained in other areas learning the basics in the store delivering firewood escorting campers and checking restrooms. There is idle time in between orders so this position will expect that you will learn other job duties to keep yourself busy and valuable during the season. Although our food truck is small we do take a lot of pride and preparing the meals properly and delivering them hot.
