    Responsibilities

    Position 1: Maintenance

    Responsibilities:

    – Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
    – Perform light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
    – Operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, tractors, and hand tools.
    – Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the park.
    – Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
    – Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

    Position 2: Reservations

    Responsibilities:

    – Answer phones and provide information to potential guests.
    – Take reservations and maintain reservation records.
    – Clean and prepare rental units for guests.
    – Stock shelves in the park store.
    – Assist with Airbnb cleaning duties.
    – Interact with guests and make their stay memorable.
    – Work at park events and activities.

  • Compensation/Benefits

Our KOA is built on the historic Cloverleaf Drive-In theater site, and we’ve kept the magic alive! Guests enjoy outdoor movie nights under the stars, cozy fire pits, and family-friendly activities year-round. As a team member, you’ll help us keep the experience amazing through the fall and winter seasons.

We’re Hiring Couples For:

  • Maintenance & Grounds keeping – Landscaping, site upkeep, light repairs, and general maintenance

  • Front Desk / Store / Reservations – Check-ins, store sales, phone and online bookings

  • Guest Experience & Campground Support – Keeping the campground clean, welcoming, and guest-ready
