  • Responsibilities 

    RV Park Groundskeeper & Maintenance Technician

    About the Role
    We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help keep our RV park beautiful, safe, and welcoming for all our guests. If you love working outdoors and enjoy a variety of maintenance tasks, this could be a perfect fit!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain grounds: mowing, weed trimming, blowing, and general landscaping

    • Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas for a spotless guest experience

    • Perform light maintenance: electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, and general handyman tasks

    • Keep walking paths, RV pads, and shared spaces tidy and safe

    • Assist with seasonal projects and special park events as needed

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance preferred

    • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs

    • Comfortable using outdoor power equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)

    • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment

    • Friendly, dependable, and a good communicator

    Guest Services & Reservations

    About the Role
    We’re looking for a friendly, dependable team member to support our front desk and cleaning operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, keeping spaces spotless, and helping create a welcoming environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with guest check-ins, reservations, and general front desk duties

    • Provide cleaning support for bathrooms, cabins, and common areas

    • Help maintain a tidy and comfortable atmosphere throughout the park

    • Support other guest service tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

    • Attention to detail with pride in maintaining clean, inviting spaces

    • Dependable and team-oriented with flexibility for varied tasks

    • Basic computer skills for handling reservations a plus

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    💵 Compensation & Benefits

    • $14.05 per hour for every hour worked

    • Full RV site included (valued at $800/month)

    • All utilities included (water, electricity, sewer, and trash)

    • Free laundry facilities

    • Propane available at cost
