Pool knowledge would be imperative as we are currently constructing 2 new pools and a splash pad. Understanding well water systems and treatment would be very beneficial but can be learned on site. Understanding sewer systems including lift stations would also be a plus. Electrical knowledge and being able to work inside of RV electrical panels is a must. Plumbing, including but not limited to galvanized and PVC is also needed. Operating tractors, golf carts, and lawn mowers may also be required. Need to be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be able to be on your feet or sitting for extended hours. Must have the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb, be able to work inside and outdoors frequently and in various climates, and be capable of moving safely over uneven terrain. Will be on call at all hours with other Management staff during the season. Other duties as assigned.

Job Description
The Facilities Manager is the overall lead for things maintenance related in the campground and reports to the GM. Directing a group of maintenance and groundskeeping employees to complete repair tasks, improving park appearance and functionality will be the biggest area of focus. While this is a full-time salaried position, hours will be heavier in the Summer and lighter in the off season. This is a W-2 position.
