Guest Services
- Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins, and handle reservations
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and provide local attraction information
- Stock, organize, and maintain cleanliness in the KOA Kampstore
- Follow cash-handling procedures and process cash and credit card payments accurately
- Experience with Kampsight (K2) preferred but not required
Grounds Maintenance
- Maintain and beautify campground including grassy area, flower beds, shrubs and trees
- Empty trash, pick up litter, and keep grounds tidy
- Perform minor repairs on campground facilities and equipment as needed
- Inspect and maintain electrical, water, and sewer systems; report any issues promptly
Housekeeping
- Clean and sanitize cabins, restrooms, and showers to KOA standards
- Launder linens and towels for guest use, maintaining cleanliness in common areas
- Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries, reporting stock needs to management
- Ensure trash removal from guest areas, cabins, and shared spaces
