Grounds & Maintenance
- Maintain a 100% standard of cleanliness throughout the park, including campsites, restrooms, fire pits, and common areas.
- Pick up litter, rake sites, clean fire pits, and keep outdoor spaces guest-ready.
- Pump propane, deliver firewood, and escort guests to their sites.
- Conduct regular restroom checks and address any cleaning needs promptly.
- Respond to guest concerns in a courteous, professional manner and help enforce park rules respectfully.
- Remain proactive and productive during slower times by completing ongoing maintenance and improvement tasks.
Office & Guest Services
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests—both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with reservations, check-ins, and general inquiries.
- Communicate with the Grounds team to coordinate guest escorts and requests.
- Keep the office and store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle cash and transactions accurately.
- Maintain and clean the laundry area (washers, dryers, floors).
- Track and note any items that need restocking or attention for the owner.
- Work cooperatively with your partner and the rest of the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
