    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily front desk and store operations

    • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise guest services staff

    • Lead employee accountability and performance management

    • Handle guest escalations and operational decisions

    • Maintain service standards and operational systems

    • Coordinate and execute campground events

    • Support social media and promotional initiatives

    • Serve as the primary on-site contact during owner absences

    • Provide overnight on-site presence

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Hourly pay plus bonuses based on performance and experience.

    A private, furnished one bedroom apartment located above the camp store is provided as part of the Operations Manager compensation package. Utilities are included. Laundry access is included. The apartment is provided solely as a condition of employment and is contingent upon active employment status.

Job Description

Twin Falls / Jerome KOA Holiday is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily campground operations and lead our guest services team.

This is not a standard workamper role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily operations, manage staff, and serve as the on-site leader when ownership is away.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for the execution of day-to-day campground operations, including front desk leadership, staff management, guest service standards, and operational decision-making.

This role offers real leadership authority and long-term growth potential for the right candidate.
