    • Guest Experience & Service

      • Deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure every guest has a memorable stay.

      • Handle guest reservations, check-ins, and on-site needs.

      • Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns.

    • Operations & Leadership

      • Manage day-to-day operations of the campground, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with KOA standards.

      • Lead and support the staff team across front desk, housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance.

      • Create and maintain work schedules, training, and performance standards.

    • Campground Quality & Safety

      • Maintain all facilities, utilities, and amenities, including pool and grounds.

      • Ensure a safe, hazard-free environment for both staff and guests.

      • Follow KOA quality assurance standards and safety procedures.

  • Compensation/Benefits 
    • Hourly Rate: $18/hour, all hours worked are paid.

    • RV Site: Full Hook-Up (FHU) RV site with utilities provided as part of compensation.

    • Perks:

    • Schedule: Full-time, year-round (40 hours per week).

Job Description

Set against the red rock landscapes and wide-open skies of central Utah, the Green River KOA Journey offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated Campground Manager to lead daily operations and create exceptional guest experiences. This is a year-round, full-time leadership role responsible for guiding the guest service team, overseeing maintenance and housekeeping, and ensuring the campground runs smoothly day to day.

This position is supported by Dwell Outdoor Hospitality, providing resources and guidance that allow the manager to focus on what matters most: guest satisfaction, campground quality, and operational excellence.
