Manage day-to-day operations of the campground, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with KOA standards.

Lead and support the staff team across front desk, housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance.

Create and maintain work schedules, training, and performance standards.

Campground Quality & Safety

Maintain all facilities, utilities, and amenities, including pool and grounds.

Ensure a safe, hazard-free environment for both staff and guests.

Follow KOA quality assurance standards and safety procedures.
