SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
•To work in concert with the various managers to provide quality service, through the implementation of the policies, procedures and budget approved by the Treasure Lake Board of Directors.
•Assures courteous and timely handling of all property owners and guest concerns.
•Supervise all Cayman Landing/KOA office administrative functions including staff members, payroll, reservations, check-ins, work orders, billings, complaints, cleaning services, member services, camper inventories, etc.
•Coordinate through the Maintenance Manager adequate staffing for the ongoing maintenance of the campground.
•Maintain and supervise work order system.
•Assure compliance with all declaration of restrictions, policies and procedures and rules and regulations of all owners and residents.
•Provide for adequate security service at the campground.
•Assist the General Manager to prepare the annual budget for submission to the Board of Directors.
•Fill propane tanks in accordance with all the best practices and safety regulations.
•Perform other tasks as requested by his/her supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
A general knowledge of the principles and practices of a campground area is necessary. General knowledge of bookkeeping, inventory control, and managerial skills are helpful. The ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with subordinates, and the property owners and guests is important. The professional ability to communicate orally and in writing. Must be capable of handling customer complaints with efficiency and an excellent customer service attitude. Graduation from high school or recognized equivalency. Background in camping or campground management is helpful.
