    Duties

    • General maintenance duties, including campsite cleanup, trash pickup, power washing, using a volt meter, changing dog waste stations, etc.
    • Light Mechanical work such as oil changes on grounds equipment.
    • Grounds keeping; Mowing, weed eating, using power tools.
    • Dispensing propane
    • Assisting guests as needed
    • Identify and solve critical issues/critical decision-making/troubleshooting
    • Operating of a vehicle/Golf cart/4 wheeler
    • Working in various climates such as heat and cold.
    • Lifting heavy objects
    • Carpentry work such as painting, staining, replacing deck boards, ect.

    Experience

    • Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
    • Knowledge and experience in carpentry, plumbing
    • Knowledge of using power tools such as skilsaw, pole saw, etc.
    • Experience in mowing, weed eating, tree trimming, etc.
    • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
    • Knowledge in landscaping.

Job Summary- Maintenance
Your position as maintenance personnel for our KOA includes grounds keeping, carpentry work, and other needed maintenance happening on the campground. Your job is to ensure everything is in working order, so every guest has a memorable stay.

Duties

Job Summary – Guest Services/Housekeeping
Your position as a KOA Team member for our KOA includes housekeeping, maintaining guest satisfaction, filling propane and other various duties around our campground. Your main goal is ensuring every guest has a memorable stay.

Duties

  • General maintenance duties, including campsite cleanup, trash pickup, power washing, using a volt meter if needed.
  • Cabin, loft, office, and restroom cleaning and maintenance as needed. This also includes cleaning and folding laundry, and changing dog waste stations.
  • Assisting guests as needed
  • Learning K2 system and registering guest
  • Counting and exchanging money
  • Dispensing Propane
  • Identify and solve critical issues/critical decision-making/troubleshooting
  • Operating of a vehicle/Golf cart/4 wheeler
  • Taking phone calls in a professional manner
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential.
  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
  • Any outdoor landscaping or minor maintenance knowledge is a big plus but not required.

Requires flexibility with schedule.
