Job Description
Working at the Williams KOA means living in a classic Route 66 town surrounded by cool mountain air, towering pines, and wide-open space far from the noise of the city. At 6,700’ elevation, Williams offers a relaxed small-town vibe with vintage neon, cozy diners, and a welcoming community, all wrapped in hundreds of thousands of acres of Kaibab National Forest. You’re just one hour from the Grand Canyon and about 1.5 hours from Sedona, with endless opportunities for hiking, biking, off-roading, stargazing, and exploring some of Northern Arizona’s most iconic landscapes.
We’re seeking friendly, dependable team members with solid food service experience to help operate our campground café. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an outdoor setting, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
Our café operates for breakfast and dinner, with a midday break. We are hiring for two types of roles:
-
Dinner Lead: Responsible for running dinner service 5 days per week, prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining smooth operations. Occasional support during busy breakfast shifts may be needed. Cooking experience is required for this position.
-
Café Support Staff: Assist with both morning and evening shifts, supporting food preparation, service, and general café operations. Cooking experience is preferred but not required.
Scheduling is flexible, with 25–35 hours per week depending on availability and café needs.
