We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and customer-focused Campground Manager to oversee the daily operations of our KOA campground. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage all aspects of campground operations while providing exceptional service and maintaining KOA brand standards.
Primary responsibilities:
-Oversee all daily operations.
-Manage reservations, guest check-in/check-out and customer service using the K2 Kampsight reservation system.
-Recruit, hire, train, supervise and evaluate campground staff.
-Foster a positive team environment through leadership, coaching, and employee development.
-Oversee campground maintenance, including campsites, cabins, landscaping, and common areas.
-Coordinate and monitor facility maintenance for bathhouses, laundry facilities, recreation areas, and campground buildings.
-Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for facilities.
-Monitor inventory and make supplies list, equipment, and maintenance materials as needed.
-Prepare reports for ownership.
-Coordinate seasonal activities, special events, and guest recreation programs.
-Be available to respond to emergencies and operational issues as needed, including weekends and holidays.
-Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
-Previous campground, RV park, hospitality, or property management experience preferred.
-Experience with the K2 Kampsight reservation system is strongly preferred.
-Strong computer and problem solving skills.
-Must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of leading by example.
-Valid driver's license required.
Physical requirements:
-Ability to walk the campground daily and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-Ability to lift 50 pounds.
-Ability to operate park equipment and preform maintenance tasks when necessary.
