  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Compensation could be handled a couple different ways and we can be flexible. In the past we have given work kampers a free site, and paid them an hourly wage for all hours worked. However if you prefer to show more income, we can pay more per hour, and charge a discounted rate for the camp site. We do offer propane at our cost ~$2.00 per gallon, and 20% off store purchases.

Job Description

Greetings from the Natural Bridge/Lexington Virginia KOA. We are looking for some help this summer with inside office/housekeeping and outside maintenance/escorting. Ideally we are looking for a work kamp couple, full time 30-40 hours a week per person. We are looking for someone to help in the office answering phones, making reservations, checking campers in, and ringing up store sales as well as some housekeeping which could include cleaning restrooms and rental cabins. We are also looking for an outside helper to help with cleaning up sites, escorting campers to their sites, delivering firewood, cleaning the pool in the morning and checking on the pool throughout the day, as well as after hours escorts and quiet time checks.
