    *Site cleanup and turnover between guests

    *Lawn mowing and weed trimming

    *Answer phones to provide exceptional service and booking assistance

    *Use computer system to book guest sites, check guest in and out, and operate store register

    *Expected to troubleshoot beginner to intermediate level around campground

    *Cook and prepare breakfasts made to order for guests

    *Maintain clean and approachable appearance; maintain acceptable conduct/behavior on and off shift as a face for the campground

Varied positions available for Summer 2024!

During morning shifts, one workcamper will be responsible for cooking at the breakfast cafe, then turning over the rv campsites and ground’s maintenance. One workcamper will work the front desk, assisting guests, operating the register for our camp store, maintaining store, and assisting housekeeping with linen turnover.

During afternoon shifts, one workcamper will work the front desk, assisting guests, and operating the register for our camp store. The other worker will be responsible for ground’s keeping, campground maintenance, and delivering wood/ice/pizza to guests.

Enjoy the 2024 summer nestled in the southern Black Hills near many popular attractions such as Wind Cave National Park, the Mammoth Site, Custer State Park, Evans Plunge and Moccasin Springs, Angostura Reservoir, Crazy Horse Memorial & Mount Rushmore.

We are looking for a cheerful workcamp couple to with the owners, management team, and other staff. We put customer service and cleanliness first. Work campers must be able to assess what needs to be done and take initiative to accomplish it. Work campers must take pride in themselves, their position, and their work!

Schedule (30-40 hrs/wk): from May through September.

Physical requirements: long periods of standing, walking, bending, possibly kneeling, lifting, shoveling, raking, and grounds-keeping

Desired experience includes: K2 experience. Cleaning and general grounds-keeping and maintenance experience. Outstanding customer service, friendliness, and approachability. Proactive, self-driven, hard working, and motivated to help give campers a wonderful vacation.
