  • Responsibilities

    Candidate requirements:
    • Ability to bend regularly, stand for long hours and lift up to 60 pounds
    • Customer Service experience desired but not compulsory
    • Campground work experience desired but not compulsory
    • Basic information technology knowledge
    • Commitment to end of employment date
    • Ability to work in a Team environment
    • Pass a background check for successful applicants
    • Have a current drivers license
    • Must be able to legally work in the US.

  • Compensation/Benefits

    Commitments.
    • Seasonal (May 20 – September 3)
    • 35 hours per week per person @ $15 per hour
    • One week on, one week off schedule
    • $1,000 end of season bonus for completing season per person
    • Paid orientation/training hours on arrival
    • Uniform kit provided
    • RV Site with electric and water hook-ups. (Honey wagon service included)
    • Use of commercial Laundry (does not include pet laundry, nor supplies)
    • Propane refill at cost
    • 10% staff store discount

Job Description

Work Kamper – Guest Services, PROJECT TEAM COUPLE
Team Member Responsibilities:
• Building paw pens (digging and setting posts, driving posts with manual post driver, fence building, gates,
landscaping, building small dog shelters)
• Building decks for patio sites (using saws, drills, nail guns, and hammers) The patio sites require furniture carrying.
• Cabin bathroom remodels (tub/shower, vanity, and toilet replacements, tiling, lvp flooring, changing light fixtures)
• Adding new rv sites for work campers (digging by hand, using a trencher, or digger, laying plumbing and electrical
lines, filling in the trenches.
• The project team will also help set up the glamping tents and carry the furniture and set it up.
• On weekends, the project team will run events for guests (group games, kid activities, pancake breakfasts, etc)
• Provide great customer service to all Guests.
• Work across all areas of the campground assisting the Campground Team when required.
• The project team would need to be able to use all of the tools necessary: Post hole diggers,manual fence posts
driver (weighs about 30 lbs), Saws – Hand saws, circular saws, table saw, reciprocating saws, Carrying bags of
cement or other heavy items. Bags of cement weigh 60 lbs.
