    • Assist with all aspects of property, facilities and equipment maintenance.
    • Perform routine, preventative and minor emergency repairs that may include electrical, sewer, plumbing and mechanical.
    • Service with a smile
    • Ensure work area and carts are clean and stocked for shift
    • Familiar with safety procedures
    • Safe handling and proper storage of chemicals
    • Any and all duties as assigned
    • Report any safety issues or concerns to maintenance Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
  • Compensation/Benefits 
    • Competitive wages start at $12 to be discussed during interview – DOE
    • Hours range from 32-40 hours, or 4-5 days a week depending on operational needs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experience maintenance team member to join the San Antonio Alamo KOA team.  This is a year round position.  The San Antonio Alamo KOA prides itself in providing an outstanding guest experience.

Proficiency and experience should include some construction renovations and electrical experience.  Maintenance team members should be comfortable troubleshooting and repairing sewer, electrical, plumbing, pool components and equipment. Our maintenance team maintains and/or repairs all grounds, facilities, streets, equipment and utilities.  This includes a practical proficiency in electric, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical components.  Team members should be comfortable and proficient with power equipment, machines and tools.  Ability to operate Skidsteer/Bobcat, Tractors, zero turn mowers.  Must be willing to get certified in Texas to dispense propane.

This position requires being comfortable working outside in various weather conditions to include normal/above normal summer temperatures.  Additionally, this position requires standing, walking, lifting, climbing and repetitive movements.
