    🏕️ About the Role:
    This role is central to the success of our guest experience. You’ll be responsible for:

    • Welcoming guests with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy

    • Managing check-ins/outs, reservations, and site assignments

    • Processing payments and ensuring accurate records

    • Resolving guest concerns and handling day-to-day front desk operations

    • Supporting store cleanliness, inventory, and presentation

    • Communicating with all departments via radio and team systems

    • Contributing to a positive and efficient team environment

  • Compensation/Benefits

      • Earn up to $13/hour (includes $12/hour wage + $1/hour bonus paid at end of season with completed commitment)

The San Antonio / Alamo KOA Holiday is seeking a reliable, professional, and guest-focused Front Desk Guest Service Representative to join our team immediately and remain with us through the winter season. This is a key position at one of KOA’s most awarded and well-reviewed campgrounds.

💡 Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Immediate availability and a commitment to stay through winter

  • Previous experience with KOA’s K2 software (preferred)

  • Prior campground, hotel, or guest service experience

  • A calm, solution-focused approach to guest issues

  • Strong computer and communication skills

  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • A commitment to excellence, reliability, and accountability
