Service tech
Establish files in an automated database system to provide information to support the maintenance and service of water conditioning equipment (water softeners and reverse osmosis drinking water systems). Maintain all files to ensure service orders are completed in a timely manner and that the files are organized. Install, repair, and maintain water conditioning equipment in accordance with Culligan water conditioning equipment manuals and North Carolina Plumbing Code. Operate vehicles and forklifts to support the installation and maintenance of water conditioning equipment. Take water samples and analyze the samples for contaminates and make corrections to equipment settings ensuring that only clean water is being processed. Perform daily inspections and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment. Interview customers to make sales as well to gather information to determine what are the proper maintenance and service recommendations. Call all customers after new installation and/or maintenance actions to ensure they are satisfied with the service that was provided. Conduct a weekly inventory of all equipment and plumbing supplies in the warehouse and reorder supplies as needed to ensure there is are adequate supplies on hand to support all service calls.

Delivery driver
As a delivery driver I handled loading and sorting of packages for daily route. The truck was loaded in a warehouse fashion with a number system to ensure proper placement and delivery. I was responsible for mapping out the most efficient route that would reduce drive time and cost. I also had daily interaction with customers. In my time with this company I became proficient with a handheld scanner that tracks and ensures proper delivery information. In my time with this company I became an expert in exercising judgement in the placement of cargo in the delivery van, ensuring vehicle clearances, proper turning radius, appropriate braking distance, and maintaining proper distance from other vehicles to prohibit accidents.
