Company Description
We are a 300 plus site family owned park on 95 acres in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of New York. We have amazing water frontage for floating or fishing. 3 hours from NYC and 1 hour from Albany NY.
This park was purchased by us in April 2023 and converted to KOA in the Spring of 2024. We are still doing a lot of projects and staff training to bring it up the the standards we want to have. The previous park we owned was one of the very best in the entire system. We are working hard to get his park to the same level but we are aware it is a multi year process. We are looking for staff that has the same goals in mind and wants to be a part of an amazing place.
We are owned by a Mother Daughter team who are semi absentee owners. Cathy Reinard (Recommended broker for KOA resale) Chrissy Taylor (Hospitality Law Attorney.) We do come to the park frequently to help, which can be everything from painting decks to running Karoake. Because we do not live on property we do have a management team in place. We want references from you so we will give you workkamper references on us.
