Co-GM of this location with Nick for 2019,20,21,22 & 23 seasons, Trained our replacements in Spring of 24. Seasonal resort open 4/1-11/1 Grew reservation revenue from 1M to 1.7M, Implemented software transition to Campspot, updated phone system and SOP’s in all points of retail & guest relations. Customer service focused on high volume family friendly park 370+ sites with full restaurant, General Store, Ice Cream shop, Beach, Water Park, Rentals, Marina and bait shop.
Costanoa Lodge & Camp/Santa Cruz North KOA , Pescadero, CA
Winter 19-20 & Winter 21-22, Special projects executed for the VP of Operations and GM. Store reset, inventory counts, graphic design projects, retail and koa kiosk coverage as needed as well.
Avila/Pismo Beach KOA, San Luis Obispo, CA
Winter 20-21 – Temporary GM to help with transition of manager hires at this location. Also did retail reset and inventory counts with check in coverage while ensuring pandemic restrictions/policies newly created and enforced per State guidelines.

Winter 22-23, Painted the General store and office, helped prep for KOA transition, built a commercial playground, expanded the beach area, built palapas (from kits) for the beach, created patio sites and helped achieve all action items from KOA inspection and transition to a KOA park.
