  • Responsibilities 

    The Recreation Lead (RL) is responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and leading recreation activities at the campground such as arts and crafts, games, sports, dramatics, music, social activities, hobbies, and themed weekends. The RL is an enthusiastic, outgoing, creative leader who enjoys working with people of all ages. Being a people person with an engaging smile is imperative when relating with guests. Having a mix of free and for-pay activities to improve ancillary income is essential and improves the guest experience. This is a highly visible, customer centric position that requires strong interpersonal customer service skills.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Compensation includes pay for all hours worked at $16 per hour. Site rent is $92.30 per pay period for single or $46.15 for a pair (both working) for a FHU site with water, sewer, electric, cable and Wi-Fi. Store and propane discounts are available for workcampers. We provide uniform shirts as needed, black, gray or khaki pants/shorts required.

Job Description

Come and join us on the front range of the Rocky Mountains in Northern Colorado. A beautiful area if you love the outdoors! We are a busy, year-round campground.

We are seeking a motivated, flexible and hard-working team for the Summer 2025 season beginning mid April and end dates as late as October 31, 2024.

We have many amenities you can utilize as available including: a catch and release fishing lake, exercise trail, basketball court, jumping pillow, mini golf, bikes, paddle boats, volleyball, sports field, swimming pool, wading pool, laundry, library, gym, playground, horseshoes, conference center, pavilion & gazebo.

All positions require availability of up to 40 hours per week during peak season. Anticipated hours range from 24-40hrs per week based on time of year.
