  • Responsibilities 

    We are looking for someone capable of general maintenance and repair of facility buildings and infrastructure. Some responsibilities would include electric work (swapping breakers for example), plumbing (repairs on hydrants or building fixtures) and carpentry. Grounds/lawn care, mowing, weed eating. Pool maintenance is a PLUS! Other duties assigned by manager will be needed. Safety a must!

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    We require 20 hours of work/week in exchange for your site. We also pay you for every hour worked past that. Your site will include water/electric/sewer/cable/ and wi-fi. An allowance for laundry will be given to you each week as well if you are doing laundry on site. We offer propane at cost and an employee discount for store items. Other benefits may apply if you are interested in taking this position. We would love to have you as part of our KOA team! If you need extra hours, we have the need for help! Must be able to life 50 lbs. Bending and kneeling and periods of standing are part of this job.
