  • Responsibilities 

    This position is responsible for overall cleanliness of the campground buildings and facilities. (eg. cabins, bath houses, laundry, activity room, and the like) Specific duties include but are not limited to implementing the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routine outlined by manage. Providing excellent and friendly guest service delivered by being attentive, responsive and helpful to guests needs. Present yourself in a clean and well-groomed manner with proper uniform and name badge. Report lists of supplies, need for repairs as needed and guest issues to manager so these needs can be addressed. Perform all other duties assigned by manager/owner. Physical requirements: must be able to lift 25 lbs. Some kneeling, bending and walking will be required.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    We are asking for 20 hours work in exchange for the RV site you will be staying in. Extra hours are compensated for. Water/electricity/sewer/cable and wi-fi are included. An allowance for laundry will also be given only if doing laundry on site. We offer propane at cost and an employee discount for store items. Other benefits and compensation may apply if you are interested in the position. We would love to have you as part of our KOA family!

Job Description

Hello from the Asheville West KOA! We are currently looking for several workamping couples to join our KOA family this 2025 camping season. (Immediately to end of Oct.) We are a busy campground centrally located to the Asheville area attractions, like the Biltmore and close to Blue Ridge Parkway and Great Smoky Mountain National Park plus much, much more! We are looking for people who love people and have a passion for bringing the joy of making camping memories back to families! We have openings across the board and would love to add your talent and charm to our team. We do ask for at least 20 hours/week for site but do compensate for hours worked past that. some jobs may require lifting (like firewood and trash bags or moving an occasional picnic table for example. We do allow for two to three days off to explore the area or just relax! We are fast paced, but as a team we make it a fun time! Are you ready for the adventure?
