    • Comfortable engaging with guests, families, and children in activity settings.
    • Ability to transition between activities, cleaning, and grounds tasks as needed.
    • Able to lift 20–35 lbs, bend, walk, push, and pull throughout the shift.
    • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
    • Strong time management and ability to follow daily activity schedules.
    • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifting priorities.
    • Comfortable working independently or with limited supervision.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to support all departments.
    • Commitment to assigned seasonal dates.

     

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Seasonal Position:

        • 1 person starting May 19
        • 1 person starting June 23
      • Hours: 10–35 hours per week, depending on weekly needs and assignments
      • Availability: Must be available between 7 AM – 8 PM for flexible assignments
      • Team Structure: 1 flex team member working each week, with seasonal rotation
    • Schedule: 37 days a week, every other week
    • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage (customize as needed)

Job Description

  • Primary Role — Activities

    • Lead or assist with daily guest activities, games, crafts, and family events.
    • Create a welcoming, fun atmosphere for guests of all ages.
    • Help set up, organize, and clean up activity areas.
    • Answer guest questions and provide friendly, attentive service.
    • Promote upcoming activities and encourage guest participation.

    Secondary Role — Cleaning & Grounds Support

    When not engaged in activities or during low-activity periods, support may be required in the following areas:

    Cleaning Support

    • Assist with cabin cleaning during high-occupancy turnover days.
    • Restock linens, clean cabins, or support bathroom cleaning when needed.
    • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of shared areas.

    Grounds Support

    • Fill in for grounds team members as needed.
    • Assist with dump runs, firewood stocking, and basic outdoor tasks.
    • Support extra cabin turnarounds during peak days.

    General Expectations

    • Follow all safety procedures and guest service standards.
    • Communicate effectively with all team members and leadership.
    • Represent the campground with a positive, friendly attitude at all times.
