Efficiently manage check-in/check-out procedures following established policies.
Handle phone inquiries, providing information on guest services, packages, and promotions.
Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Demonstrate knowledge of park accommodations, departmental operations, and upcoming events.
Ensure accuracy and security of contracted monies, verify reservation information.
Use KOA K2 Kampsight system for adjustments, paid-outs, corrections, and generating reports.
Direct guests to their designated site or cabin.
Maintain store appearance, including inventory management and pizza preparation.
Communicate relevant guest information to other departments.
Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Possess expertise in using the KOA K2 Kampsight system.
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with the KOA K2 Kampsight system.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
