Position 1: Maintenance & Grounds
Help keep our campground beautiful, safe, and guest-ready.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain campsites, landscaping, and common areas
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Operate lawn equipment, tractors, weed eaters, and other maintenance tools
- Complete preventative maintenance projects
- Respond to guest maintenance requests with a positive attitude
- Assist with seasonal projects and park improvements
- Lift up to 30 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Position 2: Guest Services, Reservations & Store
Create memorable experiences from the first phone call through checkout.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests during check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Help guests with local recommendations and campground information
- Stock and maintain the campground store
- Prepare cabins and rental accommodations for arriving guests
- Assist with Airbnb turnovers and housekeeping as needed
- Support campground activities and special events
- Deliver outstanding customer service every day
