Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival; process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to reservation inquiries, and process new reservations via phone, email, and walk-in
- Operate the campground reservation/property management system to book sites, update guest records, and process payments
- Collect and process payments, including site fees, deposits, and store purchases; balance cash drawer at shift end
- Provide guests with park maps, rules, Wi-Fi information, and orientation to amenities
- Communicate effectively with maintenance and housekeeping staff regarding site readiness, guest requests, and maintenance issues
- Respond to guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as needed
- Maintain accurate records of site availability, reservations, and guest information
- Monitor and restock front desk/store merchandise as needed; assist with retail sales
- Keep the front office, lobby, and store area clean, organized, and presentable
- Enforce campground rules and policies (quiet hours, pet policy, site occupancy, etc.) in a courteous manner
- Assist with emergency procedures and guest safety concerns as directed by management
- Perform other front office and guest service duties as assigned
