Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet guests, check them in and out, and provide campground information
- Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries
- Process payments and manage reservations using booking systems
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and basic problem-solving
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment
Housekeeping Duties:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, cabins, and common areas
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
- Empty trash and maintain outdoor areas as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Help ensure the campground meets cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Basic computer skills (reservation systems)
- Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
