- Daily checkouts are completed first by following site inspection checklist. Site inspection sheet must be filled out and completed entirely and given to office staff by 1 pm for each daily departure.
- Office staff must be notified by 11: 30AM of guests that are still on site.
- Escort guests to their site in a friendly professional manor, after they have been checked in by office staff.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical pedestals, water hookups, and sewer connections.
- Maintain Park grounds including mowing, trimming, landscaping, and litter removal.
- Repair and maintain restrooms, laundry facilities, and common areas.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues in a friendly, professional manner
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
- Assist with seasonal preparations, including winterization and opening procedures.
- Operate light equipment such as riding mowers, utility vehicles, and power tools.
- Report safety hazards and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
