  • Responsibilities 
    • Daily checkouts are completed first by following site inspection checklist. Site inspection sheet must be filled out and completed entirely and given to office staff by 1 pm for each daily departure.
    • Office staff must be notified by 11: 30AM of guests that are still on site.
    • Escort guests to their site in a friendly professional manor, after they have been checked in by office staff.
    • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical pedestals, water hookups, and sewer connections.
    • Maintain Park grounds including mowing, trimming, landscaping, and litter removal.
    • Repair and maintain restrooms, laundry facilities, and common areas.
    • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues in a friendly, professional manner
    • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
    • Assist with seasonal preparations, including winterization and opening procedures.
    • Operate light equipment such as riding mowers, utility vehicles, and power tools.
    • Report safety hazards and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Compensation/Benefits
