This KOA is a beautiful outdoor destination offering guests a relaxing and memorable camping experience. With scenic sites, modern amenities, and a welcoming community atmosphere, we strive to provide exceptional service to every visitor.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our campground. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about hospitality and outdoor recreation.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all campground operations, including reservations, guest services, and site management

Manage and supervise campground staff and training

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Maintain campground facilities, grounds, and amenities to high standards

Handle budgeting, reporting, and inventory management

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and local regulations

Coordinate events, activities, and improvements to enhance guest experience
Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, campground, RV park, or property management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to manage budgets and operational logistics
