    • Operate KOA’s K2 reservation system

    • Manage daily front desk and store operations

    • Open and close store/front desk

    • Handle guest reservations, payments, and inquiries

    • Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively

    • Assist with training seasonal staff

    • Assist with supervising 3-5 front desk employees

    • Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and service standards

    • Provide overnight on-site presence for emergency situations

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    • $18 per hour

    • Full Hookup RV site provided

    • Completion bonus available for full-season commitment

  • Conditions  RV Required

Twin Falls / Jerome KOA Holiday is seeking an experienced, guest-focused Seasonal Front Desk & Operations Lead for the 2026 season.

This position is ideal for an experienced workamper with strong hospitality skills and working knowledge of KOA’s K2 reservation system.

Position Overview

This role supports ownership in running daily front desk and camp store operations. The position requires independent decision-making, leadership presence, and overnight on-site availability.

You will supervise front desk staff while working closely with ownership.

  • Approximately 32–35 hours per week

  • Mix of mornings, afternoons, and evenings

  • Seasonal commitment:  March 13 through October 31

  • On-site overnight presence required
