  • Responsibilities 

    Housekeeping Responsibilities:

    • Perform housekeeping duties, including cabins, restrooms, laundry room and common areas
    • Quality checks on restrooms, cabins and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
    • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns and supply needs to management/housekeeping supervisor
    • Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

    Outside Maintenance Responsibilities:

    On light housekeeping duty days, we may ask you to assist with the outdoor responsibilities

    • Greeting arrivals and escorting to their site
    • Firewood deliveries
    • Trash pickup
    • Check sites/fire rings for cleanliness and pick up micro trash
    • Help upkeep entrance/pool/site landscaping
    • Weed whip where/if necessary
    • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns and repair when able
    • Open or Close Pool and Out buildings

    Qualifications:

    • Friendly
    • Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience helpful
    • Comfortable working outside and driving golf carts
    • Ability to lift firewood bundles
    • Reliable, responsible and willing to work with the team (friendships are not required, just mutual professional respect)
    • Customer service and/or campground and KOA experience is a big plus
  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Compensation is pay for all hours worked, a full hook up site (electric and Wi-Fi are included), free propane, free laundry and store discount of 25%.  This position starts at $15/hr.

    (All hours paid begins 6/15 and ends 9/15 as mentioned in the job description. Prior to 6/15 and after 9/15 hours are limited/reduced due to light occupancy in the park).

Job Description

We are seeking another energetic couple to join us and our awesome team of work campers for the summer of 2026. The position is part time 20-25 hours/week. Our season runs from the beginning of May to the beginning of October, however, all hours paid begins 6/15/26 and ends 9/15/26.

Our park has a short peak season and is very quiet in the shoulder season. Some work campers leave for the south and some stay and work limited hours for their site after 9/15. We are willing to work with you on arrival and departure dates that work best for you. Days off would depend on hours worked, usually 4 days on and 3 days off (not necessarily always consecutive, but likely can be consectutive most weeks). We are looking for a 2 person or couple team to fill this job preferably with work camping and housekeeping experience or commercial cleaning experience.
