Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities
- Greet guests in person and by phone in a professional and welcoming manner
- Process guest arrivals and departures accurately and efficiently
- Manage reservations using KOA’s K2 reservation system
- Accept payments for reservations and KampStore purchases
- Provide clear information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and minor concerns promptly and courteously
- Communicate with maintenance and management regarding site or facility needs
- Maintain accurate guest records and occupancy information
- Keep the front desk and office areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Enforce campground policies consistently and respectfully
- Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance of restroom facilities as needed

Webster / Douglas Forest KOA Journey is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to join our team at a brand-new KOA campground located in the peaceful landscapes of central Massachusetts, adjacent to the scenic Douglas State Forest.
Position Overview
The Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in delivering the KOA guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service. This position is responsible for managing reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, handling payments, and supporting daily front office operations. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Associate helps ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and well cared for throughout their stay.
