Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Perform regular housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas
- Conduct quality checks to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff as needed
- Order, receive, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to management
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience required
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:Â
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their campsites
- Assist with site setup and hookups as needed
- Check sites for cleanliness and pick up micro-trash
- Verify car tags and ensure all visitors are properly registered
- Deliver firewood, pizza, thank-you notes, and other guest items
- Provide friendly, professional service to all guests
- Keep golf carts clean and ready at the end of each shift
Customer Service Team Member Qualifications:
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and driving a golf cart
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Customer service or campground experience a plus
