Front Desk Job Description:
Provide superior customer service by telephone and in person, being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful.
Greet all guests with a positive attitude and a well-groomed appearance, a smile, recognition and a proper KOA uniform
and name tag.
Follow all KOA guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations, reservations, store sales and refunds.
Follow specific cash and credit card handling procedures and properly use the computer, cash register, credit card, and
various other front desk equipment. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time
with or without notice.
Fort Mill, SC is a great place with a variety of attractions close by.

• Escort guest to sites
• Deliver firewood,
• Maintain pool chemicals,
• Picking up site trash,
• Clean sites for arrivals
• Emptying trash cans at gas station and bar
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to work some weekends and holidays
• Light maintenance can include painting, pressure washing, some lawncare and other items that may need your attention to keep the
campground in clean, manicured order for our guests.
• When guests leave the cabin, you will go in and check for any damage or repairs that need attention. Clean outside around the cabin
and patio area. Check grills for propane. Clean fire pits if needed.
