    Team members are assigned duties based upon strengths and needs of the campground.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Each team is compensated with a FHU site with 50 amp service.
    $13 per hour for every hour worked.

Job Description

Mackinaw City/ Mackinac Island KOA is located in Mackinaw City, MI. We are just 1.5 miles South of the Mackinac Bridge at the top of the Mitt. We are a family owned and run campground with 11 rustic cabins and 95 RV sites. We pride ourselves on being a clean, friendly campground that provides excellent customer service.
The team(s) that join our family will work 32-40 hours per week, have 2 consecutive days off together.

We are looking for detail oriented, hard- working, friendly, work kampers to join our team for the 2026 season
Housekeeping team
* 8AM-2PM 5 days per week
* 2 consecutive days off
* Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to, our bathhouse with 6 men’s and women’s stalls, and 6 showers, cleaning cabins, laundry room, store and pocket parks.  Responsible for overall cleanliness of campground buildings and facilities (i.e. bathhouses, laundry room, playground, pool area, Kamping Kabins®, kamp k-9, etc.) with the goal of providing great guest service. Approximate hours 30-40 hours per week (60-80 per couple) with 2-3 consecutive days off. Must be able to shovel, rake, mow, lift up to 25 lbs.

* Compensation = full hookup site with cable and fiber optic Wi-Fi, $13 per hour every hour worked, free laundry, 15% off store sales, 20% off propane
* You must have your own self-contained camper
