Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:Â Warmly welcome guests and campground visitors, answering questions and providing information about our facilities and services.
- Communication:Â Answer phones promptly and professionally, delivering efficient and friendly service.
- Office Operations:Â Manage the campground office, including sales, stocking, merchandising, making reservations, and assigning campsites.
- Point-of-Sale:Â Operate the point-of-sale system and cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Promotion:Â Promote campground services, facilities, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Issue Resolution:Â Address minor guest concerns and inform management of significant issues, complaints, or disturbances.
- Daily Tasks:Â Perform daily tasks such as campground walkthroughs, guest check-ins/outs, and documenting adjustments, refunds, and bookings.
- Professionalism:Â Maintain a professional image through appearance, behavior, and dress.
- Cleanliness:Â Assist in keeping the campground office, store, and guest areas clean, neat, and tidy.
- Additional Duties:Â Perform other duties as assigned to support campground operations.
