  • Responsibilities 

    Front Desk/Office:

    • Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk in accordance with KOA standards.
    • Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a thoughtful manner while maintaining campground standards.
    • Answer inquiries from guests regarding campground amenities and local attractions.
    • Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the campground and utilize proper two-way radio etiquette at all times.
    • Oversee and ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, quality and cleanliness

    Outdoor escort/maintenance:

    • Greet & escort guest to site along with explaining hookups & guiding backing in campers.
    • Deliver wood & ice to campers.
    • Reset check out sites (emptying firepits, checking connections & equipment)
    • Check arrival sites are up to campground standards and ready for new guest.
    • Cleaning grills, patio furniture, swings, tables, etc.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Trade site & utilities for 15 hours per week (must provide own RV)

    All additional hours paid at $17.50 per hour.

Job Description

The Guest Service Representative Team (GSR) is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. They will accommodate campground guests by registering, escorting to site, keeping proper record of occupied sites, making and confirming reservations and collecting payments. The GSR will help maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized store. Along with cleaning sites from departing guests, checking arrival sites for incoming guest, delivery firewood, ice, etc. Job starting April 1, 2026 until October 31, 2026 (season start and end being flexible)
