✨ Open Positions & Responsibilities
Reception / Front Desk
- Use K2 system to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones, emails, and guest questions about the park and local area
- Handle retail transactions at the camp store (snacks, firewood, supplies, etc.)
- Assist with guest issues, campground policies, and activity information
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk and office area
Groundskeeping / Maintenance
- Perform daily landscaping: mowing, trimming, watering, and leaf blowing
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the park: restrooms, showers, cabins, RV sites, and common areas
- Handle light repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry as needed)
- Empty trash bins and maintain recycling areas
- Assist guests with campsite or RV setup issues if needed
- Ensure the park is safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times
