One partner’s duties will include grounds keeping such as landscaping; mowing, weed whacking, weeding, cleanup of sites after guest departure, and grill cleaning. Maintenance tasks consist of electrical, plumbing and carpentry upkeep and repair, (pool maintenance a plus). Other duties during weekends would be tending to foam parties and driving barrel carts for kids.  Projects may come about and would like someone who is up for the challenge!
Other partner’s duties will mainly include working on our computer program K2, working the front desk answering phones and checking in customers, cabin housekeeping, cleaning of bathrooms, helping with outside recreational area, Kampstore, and the occasional running the concession stand mainly during the weekends.
What we are looking for is a couple who’s philosophy fits with ours:Â working with a positive mindset to both co workers and guests alike, helping customers make memories and making sure their stay with us is an amazing one, and working together with other staff to make for a fun work environment.
