The bookkeeper is responsible for processing all monthly payments, credit card receipts, managing the Expense book, coding items into Concur software, and doing daily reconciliations. This includes running reports in K2 software to prepare bank deposits. This person also assists with answering phones if the front desk staff is with a guest and helping to cover their lunch breaks. The bookkeeping role is likely 20-25 hours per week. Additional hours could potentially be picked up by working the front desk on other days, if you needed more hours.
I would love to find someone to do this year-round, so bonus points if you’re looking long-term, but it can be seasonal.
