    Position: Maintenance

    Responsibilities:

    – Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
    – Perform light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
    – Operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, tractors, and hand tools.
    – Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the park.
    – Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
    – Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

    Position: Reservations

    Responsibilities:

    – Answer phones and provide information to potential guests.
    – Take reservations and maintain reservation records.
    – Clean and prepare rental units for guests.
    – Stock shelves in the park store.
    – Assist with Airbnb cleaning duties.
    – Interact with guests and make their stay memorable.
    – Work at park events and activities.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Both Positions Offer:

    – Competitive pay: $14.70 per hour per person.

Split Between Two Parks – KOA Medford / Gold Hill & Jacksonville RV Resort

Are you a dynamic, hard-working couple looking for your next adventure? We’re hiring a fun, reliable duo to join our team for the Fall/Winter season — with a unique opportunity to work across two RV parks just 10 miles apart in Southern Oregon!

About the Role:
This split position is based at:

  • Medford / Gold Hill KOA Journey – a family-friendly campground with 115 full-service sites, nestled in nature just off I-5.

  • Jacksonville RV Resort – a quiet, residential-style park with 24 sites, located in the historic town of Jacksonville, OR.

You’ll get the best of both worlds: the vibrant energy of a KOA park and the peaceful charm of a boutique RV resort.
