  • Responsibilities 

    Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities: 

    • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their campsites
    • Assist with site setup and hookups as needed
    • Check sites for cleanliness and pick up micro-trash
    • Verify car tags and ensure all visitors are properly registered
    • Deliver firewood, pizza, thank-you notes, and other guest items
    • Provide friendly, professional service to all guests
    • Keep golf carts clean and ready at the end of each shift

    Customer Service Team Member Qualifications:

    • Friendly, guest-focused attitude
    • Comfortable working outdoors and driving a golf cart
    • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
    • Customer service or campground experience a plus
  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Compensation is pay for all hours worked, a full hook up site, electric, and internet are included. Free laundry and 20% discount on all store items including pizza and propane. Starting pay is $12/hr.
