Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:Â
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their campsites
- Assist with site setup and hookups as needed
- Check sites for cleanliness and pick up micro-trash
- Verify car tags and ensure all visitors are properly registered
- Deliver firewood, pizza, thank-you notes, and other guest items
- Provide friendly, professional service to all guests
- Keep golf carts clean and ready at the end of each shift
Customer Service Team Member Qualifications:
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and driving a golf cart
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Customer service or campground experience a plus
